Well i was in a high abt my trips with nisarg this summer and i had to kill a weeks time as i cudnt resist to be there in the jungle...at first i planned to go to little rann of katch bu then i skipped it outta some reasons....outta sudden i decided to go to tintoi [my native place]
350kms frm ahemd bad..!My childhood refuge the first love Tintoi and i headed with a 500rs non AC bus from the highway opp national park.one day of rest and i decided to brush up my new cam in the wild...and i banged in to morning and eve walks in and around tintoi ...Day1
i decided to go to my fav spot called Phoota talav 2 kms from base...5 rs share chhagda people giving shocking stares..heat waves spotting birds 10 mins n m there with 300 ml water 36 birds spotted.Day 2 mornin i thought to change the trip so i went to the farmlands and noted more 30 or so day 3 too lazy to wake up with back ache and in the eve i just went for a small walk around the village and spotted some 15 and the three beautiful silhouette of grey horn bills and i knew where i had to go the next day i headed towards the mountains on the 4th day and was surprised nad quite happy to sight YFG pigeons /treepiez/babblers/tailor birds all in together for a SCARE OFF for the Barn Owl took my attention with voices and there wer 9 species together and then with the sightings of OHB in the sun i went home i had in mind to complete 100 birds in mind but cudnt as i was alone ..travelling without no convineint vehicle and then i got an idea i asked a guy from around that ill pay him 50 for the petrol and he was ready for a Shamlaji Dam trip for the eve and there as i thought were the beautiful waders, and migratory birds beautiful sightings of Openbill Storks made my day with a baby river tern with mom and a ringed plover chick playing with me U cant See ME..!! hence heres the count m back with expense of rs 1500 for 5 days to n fro with approz 85 sightings[well i have ahouse these and also food not a prob so cost cutting ;) lol]
